Processing Time

The production time for each bag depends on the number of orders we currently have. The maximum waiting time for creating a bag is 20 working days, plus shipping time. If you need your bag sooner, please contact us. We will check our order schedule and let you know the earliest possible completion date.

Gift Wrapping and Packaging

Each bag is carefully packed in a box branded with the Accessible Neats logo. The box is lined with decorative tissue paper. Inside the box, you'll find an instruction card on how to care for the bag, as well as a thank you note or personalized message. This makes our bags ready to be presented as gifts right away. If you need your order shipped to a different address, please let us know after placing your order. We can also add a personalized note card to gift orders upon request.

Custom and Personalized Orders

We offer personalization options for selected bag designs. If you want your bag personalized in a way that's not listed in our offers, please contact us. We will work together to arrange the details and create a bag that's uniquely yours.

Care Instructions

For bags made with metallic yarn: These models are not suitable for machine washing. We recommend gentle hand washing only. You can also clean the bag by wiping it with a cloth moistened with water. To maintain its shape and color, the bag should be stored upright and not exposed to prolonged sunlight.
